Your information, kept simple

Who I am

This website is run by Tanya Hill Coaching Ltd (company number 09757695), based in Billericay, Essex. I'm responsible for any personal information you share with me through it. You can contact me about privacy at tanyahill@actioncoach.co.uk or on 07714 541600.

What this website collects

• No cookies, analytics or tracking. I don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or anything similar.
• The booking helper only writes a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
• The Colour Profile collects your details and results when you finish it. See the next section.
• Fonts and images are hosted on this website, so no third-party font service sees your visit.

When you take the Colour Profile

At the end of the quiz, I ask for your full name, email address, mobile number and, if you'd like to give it, your business name. When you press "See my results", these details are emailed to me together with your answers, your colour scores and a link to your results page.

I use them to talk you through your profile, which you've asked for by taking the quiz, and to get in touch about a debrief. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to that request. I won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing unless you ask me to.

I keep your results for as long as they're useful for our conversations, or for as long as we work together, and I'll delete them if you ask.

Your results link. Your results page link includes your name and colour scores (not your email or phone number). Anyone you share the link with can see them. Your browser also remembers your details and your latest results link on your device, so you don't have to retype them; you can clear this through your browser settings.

When you contact me

If you message me on WhatsApp, call, email or message me on LinkedIn, I'll receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and information about your business. If you send me your Colour Profile result, I'll receive that too.

I use this information to reply to you, arrange calls and, if we work together, to deliver coaching. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, taking steps at your request before we agree to work together, and then performing our coaching agreement.

I keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with them. Client records are kept for the length of our work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting.

Who else is involved

• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, part of Meta) carries messages you send through it. Its privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) is the service that emails your Colour Profile details and results to me. It handles them only to deliver that email, and its records of submissions are kept for up to 30 days. See formsubmit.co.
• GitHub hosts this website. Like any web host, it may log technical details such as your IP address for security. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
• LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook apply their own privacy policies if you follow the links to my profiles.
• ActionCOACH UK. I'm a certified ActionCOACH business coach. If you join a programme delivered through ActionCOACH, the details needed to deliver it may be shared with them.

I never sell your information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or limit how I use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Just get in touch using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If this website starts collecting anything new, for example visitor statistics, I'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
