Who I am

This website is run by Tanya Hill Coaching Ltd (company number 09757695), based in Billericay, Essex. I'm responsible for any personal information you share with me through it. You can contact me about privacy at tanyahill@actioncoach.co.uk or on 07714 541600.

What this website collects

No cookies, analytics or tracking. I don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or anything similar.
No forms that send data to me. The booking helper only writes a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
The Colour Profile quiz runs in your browser. Your answers and results are not sent to me or stored anywhere else. If you type your name, it's saved only in your own browser so you don't have to retype it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Fonts and images are hosted on this website, so no third-party font service sees your visit.

When you contact me

If you message me on WhatsApp, call, email or message me on LinkedIn, I'll receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and information about your business. If you send me your Colour Profile result, I'll receive that too.

I use this information to reply to you, arrange calls and, if we work together, to deliver coaching. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, taking steps at your request before we agree to work together, and then performing our coaching agreement.

I keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with them. Client records are kept for the length of our work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting.

WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, part of Meta) carries messages you send through it. Its privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.

I never sell your information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or limit how I use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Just get in touch using the details above.
